Assigned to an associate dean or assistant dean who will be seated in the bleachers with the degree candidates.  This faculty member will walk the candidates from the seating area to the platform.  Prior to this, the dean will present the college’s degree candidates for conferral of their degrees.  The dean will be seated on the platform.
