Note to Doctoral Students:
Reservations for rented academic apparel are being taken through the Spartan Spirit Shop. A $15.00 LATE FEE WILL APPLY AFTER THE DEADLINE OF SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15. Reservations of rental apparel cannot be made after Wednesday, November 25. There will be NO REFUNDS AFTER ORDERS ARE PLACED. Payment in full is necessary to reserve apparel.  Pick up of rental doctoral academic apparel is the week of commencements. More details are available through the Spartan Spirit Shop or Commencement Connection or see the Advanced Degree instruction page.

Following the ceremony, you may return rental academic apparel at your assembly location (Auxiliary Gym); or to the Spartan Spirit Shop, MSU Union Building the Monday following commencements.
